With time, we have not only distanced ourselves with other people but also with our memories, emotions and the feeling of love which we once carried in us.

Let us share a moment of grief
Let us shed a drop of tear,
For love, memories, emotions,
For all that was once real !!
In loving memory of love,
Which defined us the way we are,
Made us poetry with no words,
Raising us at par.
But the shine on the armour dried,
Rust took place, the touch of the sword lied,
Love !! stands now no ground,
Though still defined,
It doesn’t mean, It doesn’t sound.
Hollow !! Empty !! Deceiving !! emotions, it drive
In its loving memory, we strive
In loving memory of memories,
Which once existed in teary eyes,
In the boisterous laugh,
In the mischievous smile,
No longer do they feel the same,
No innocence of the time,
And even the thought sounds lame.
Hollow !! Empty !! Deceiving !! emotions, they drive
In its loving memory, they strive
In loving memory of emotions,
Which once did exist,
In the metaphors,
In the similes
In the memories, which once were realities,
No longer they beat,
No longer they rhyme,
Numb, dull, lost, they are,
Difficult to understand and realize,
Hollow !! Empty !! Deceiving !! emotions, they drive

लिखना | Hindi Poetry
अब लिखना विखना बंध हुआ ,
वो सपने दिखना बंध हुआ ,
कागज़ , कलम से जो होती थी ,
उन चर्चाओं का अंत हुआ ।
अब लिखना विखना बंद हुआ ।
वो सोच सोई दूर कमरे में जाकर ,
शब्द ढूंढे उसे गांव भर फिरकर ,
मिलके जो सेकते दोनों, यादों की रोटी ,
वो रोटी खाना अब दुर्लभ हुआ ।
अब लिखना विखना बंद हुआ ।
अब किसी की कमी नहीं खलती ,
वो जो था दर्द , अब नर्म हुआ ।
किसी चेहरे को देख , अब हसीं नहीं खिलती ,
ख़ुशी का जो भाव था ,अब कम हुआ ।
एहसास जो टहला करता था ,
गली , मुहल्लों और दुकानों में ,
उसका अब चौबारों से निकलना ख़त्म हुआ ।
अब लिखना विखना बंद हुआ ।
ख़त्म हुई अब जुस्तजू ,
ख़त्म हुई अब बेचैनी ,
ख़त्म हुई वो नोक जोक खुदसे ,
ख़त्म हुई वो गलतफैमी ,
वो असमंजस में फिरती रूह का ,
किस्से कहानियों से अब रिश्ता ख़त्म हुआ ।
अब लिखना विखना बंद हुआ ।

Kuch to baat hogi unme,
Vo chehre zarur khas honge,
Mile na, jo humse,
Unme zarur vo ehsaas honge
Vo humse behtar batiyate honge,
Kisse kahaniyan sunate honge,
Aankhon mein apni vo,
Tumhe ishq dikhate honge
Jis saadgi se chhaha humne tumhe,
Use vo behtar darshate honge,
Kuch to baat hogi unme,
Vo chehre zarur khas honge,
Unhe tumhe samajna aya hoga,
Anusar tumhaare unhe dhalna aya hoga,
Nami tumhaari mehsus to hume bhi hua karti thi,
Unhone aage badhke hausla dilaya hoga,
Tum zarurat ho unki,
Yeh alfaz kafi baar sunaye honge
Kuch to baat hogi unme,
Vo chehre zarur khas honge,
Baatein humne bhi ki thi,
Nami tumhaari, hume bhi khali thi,
Chehre pe hasi, humne bhi khilayi thi,
Tumhe apni zarurat, humne bhi batayi thi,
Par kuch to chhahat thi tumhaari bhi,
Jis se hum dur rahe,
Nain tiki un chehron pe,
Jin me hum be-noor rahe,
Ishq bhi hua tumhne jin apno se,
Vo zarur surele saaz honge
Kuch to baat hogi unme,
Vo chehre zarur khas honge,

Bhula nai mein use
Ab bas yaad nahi karta !!
Un lamhon ko fir jeene ki,
Ab fariyaad nahi karta.
Jab uski hasi ki kami khalti hai,
Hasi ke naye beej bo deta hun,
Mayus hota hun, yaadon mein jab,
To panno par hi ro deta hun,
Uski aadat to hai jeenme aaj bhi mere,
Par zehen mein use ab mehsus nahi karta,
Bhula nai mein use,
Ab bas yaad nahi karta !!
Uska khayal jab ata hai,
Unhe khayalon mein kho deta hun,
Jab puchta hai vo sawal mujhse,
To use jawaabon ko saup deta hun,
Dikhta nahi kahin vo mujhe ab,
Na hi ab main use milne ki ummed hu rakhta,
Bhula nai mein use
Ab bas yaad nahi karta !!
Vo jo tha nahi mera, use khone ka gham kya,
Jo likhi gai thi kisson mein,
Us kahaani ka hota hi ant kya?
Mila jo rahon mein, vo rahoon mein hi choot gaya,
Chauhrahe pe kahin, vo alag raston pe mud gaya,
Vo dekh piche de gaya, ek muskaan,
Rakta hun use apne seene mein, par uske ab khwaab nahi dharta,
Bhula nai mein use
Ab bas yaad nahi karta !!

Jo baatein kal unse hui,
Vo kal kisi aur se bhi hogi
Jo pyaar bhari mulakaatein kal unse hui
Vo kal kisi aur se bhi hogi
Vo afsaane, panno pe fir parose jayenge
Vo nagme, shabdon mein fir pirohye jayenge,
Fir se hogi vo gud gudi do dilon ke bich,
Fir se vo janmo janam ke vaade dohraye jayenge
Vo shaamein hasi se fir khilegi
Fir kisi ke sang vo raatein, meethi baton se dhalegi,
Vo jaane anjaane mein rok tok fir hogi,
Vo ruthne manane ki nok jhok fir hogi,
Sab Kuch jo kal unke sang hua, vo kal fir hoga
Ab ki baar sirf vo waqt, vo daur alag hoga,
Zindagi ka samundar to rahega vahi,
Bas kashti ke intzaar ka choor alag hoga
Kuch lamhon ke tham jane se, waqt rukta nahi,
Kuch apno ke bichad jane se , pal theherta nai,
Vo to tha ful tha kamal ka,
Use to kichard se nikalna hi tha,
Apni khushboo se roshan karne pure jahaan ko,
Use kaanton se to bichardna hi tha,
Yaadein to rahegi uski, zehen mein humesha,Dil tutne ka dukh bhi hoga,
Par jo bit gaya use bhulake
Ane wale kal ki umeed ka sukh bhi hoga,
Ab vo alfaaz alag honge,
Jo in lafzon se niklenge ,
Gehraai ki sochme, Sanjoke niklenge,
Pyaar to hoga beshumaar firse,
Is baar samajhdaar bhi hoga,
Sirf umeedon pe jo tika hua tha,
Ab thoda hoshiyaar bhi hoga
Naadani to hogi firse,Par kal ki galtiyaan na dohraai jayengi
Sikhaya hai ateet ne jo,
Vo sikh ab saari nazar ayengi
Bachpana bhi hoga aankhon mein,
Hothon pe masum si muskaan bhi khilegi,
Vo jo ek umeed sajai thi kal unke saath,
Vo hakikat banke ab kisi ke sang aur behtar guzregi.
